Our Story
Amid the challenges brought by the pandemic, a resilient couple in Houston, TX, found themselves compelled to make a difference. Witnessing the simultaneous struggles of food insecurity and excess waste, their hearts were stirred with a shared determination to alleviate both issues. United by empathy and a shared vision, they embarked on a remarkable journey, founding a non-profit aimed at eliminating food waste. With unwavering dedication, they transformed their concern into action, collaborating with local businesses, farms, and communities to redirect surplus food to those in need. Through their selfless efforts, they fed the hungry and nurtured a sense of togetherness in a time of isolation. Their non-profit became a beacon of hope, showcasing the incredible power of compassion and unity in the face of adversity.
